How returns work
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn, with its tags, and we refund it in full. Returns are free: use the label in the parcel, or write to us and we send one.
Exchanges
Need another size or fit? Order the new one and return the first; we refund as soon as it reaches us.
What we cannot take back
Hemmed jeans, because they are cut to your length, and anything worn or washed. If a hemmed pair does not fit, write to us: we will let it out or re-hem it for free.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card you paid with within five working days of the parcel arriving.
