How we deliver
Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day leave the same day. Standard delivery takes three to six days and costs 8, free on orders over 150. Express takes one to two days and costs 20.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked; the link is in your dispatch email.
Hemming
Hemming is free on every pair of jeans. Choose the length at checkout and we hem before we send; allow two extra working days.
If something is wrong
If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, write to us within seven days with a photo and we send a replacement.
